So how does it work?

Private 1:1 sessions are available in 4 series packages of 4, 60 minute sessions for 240 euro (that’s 60 euro a session).

Included in Your Private 1:1 Yoga Sessions, 4 Series Package with Sharon:

  • 1, 30 minute planning and expectations call. Sharon will have you fill out an information survey before you chat so that you can make the most of your discussion together.
  • 4, 60 minute private 1:1 virtual yoga lessons via Zoom. These sessions are delivered weekly and are scheduled in advance at a mutually convenient time. (In-person sessions are available for those who are local to Catania.)
  • 1 personalized practice video for you to use independently – this practice will be tailored to your needs and goal (can be 30-60 minutes – you choose what works best for you and your schedule)
  • Full access to The Oasis, Sharon’s members only library of on-demand classes during your active period of private yoga classes. 
  • Discount on private sessions if you are already a member of The Oasis. All members get 10% off private yoga sessions with Sharon.
