Organization of The Oasis Library
Resources in The Oasis Library are organized in a few ways for your easy access and discovery. Here in the main hub of the library you will find videos and other guides in reverse chronological order, with the newest additions at the top of this library main page.
In order to find the experience that will best support you in your daily routine to support your happiest and most authentic self, you can sort through The Oasis Library by:
- Element – the main organization of The Oasis practice styles
- Duration – the length of practice
- Intensity – the level of intensity of the practice
ELEMENTS
The four elements, the main organization of The Oasis practice styles – Movement, Modulation, Meditation + Mindfulness – have their own individual library pages for easy browsing. The Element Libraries are also sortable by action, duration and intensity.
MOVEMENT – Your Living River: practices in The Oasis library include vigorous and gentle vinyasa and hatha yoga classes, a variety of somatic exercises, mobility sessions to complement your strength training or cardio workouts, HIIT routines to get your blood pumping and other guided lessons to support your physical freedom, strength + longevity.
DURATION
You can search for classes by how much time you have to practice. Classes are organized in the following duration categories:
- Under 10 minutes
- 10 – 20 minutes
- 20 – 30 minutes
- 30 – 45 minutes
- > 45 minutes
INTENSITY
You can search for classes by your desired level of intensity. Classes are organized in the following intensity categories:
- Low Intensity
- Moderate Intensity
- High Intensity
