Moving Meditations

Sitting in padmasana (lotus pose) or sukasana (easy seated pose) is only one position and way in which we can meditate. Perhaps you struggle with sitting in stillness because of a busy mind or stiff joints. Or maybe you want to experience meditation from a fresh perspective. This movement meditation course combines repeated movements, breath, intention, sanskrit and musical frequencies to provide an accessible option to layer in meditation to your daily life. Each one of these moving mediations is less than five minutes long and offers a suggested time of day to practice, though the choice of when and where you practice is ultimately up to you.
