Cancellation Policy

At The Oasis, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our members. While it is our deepest hope that you can remain a part of our family forever and for always, we understand that life shifts and seasons change. If you need to cancel your membership, please review our cancellation policy below:

  1. Cancellation Notice: Members can cancel their membership at any time. However, to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing date.
  2. How to Cancel: To cancel your membership, please log into your account on our website and navigate to the “Membership” section. Follow the prompts to complete your cancellation.  
  3. Confirmation of Cancellation: Once your cancellation request is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please keep this email for your records.
  4. Access After Cancellation: Members who cancel their membership will retain access to their account and all content until the end of the current billing cycle.
