The Four Elements Vinyasa

This vinyasa series uses the four classical elements – earth, water, fire and air – historically used to describe the fundamental components of the universe, as inspiration for movement, energetic flow and meditation. Each element inspired its own 30 minute vinyasa practice. These four practices culminate in a 10 minute Standing Elemental Meditation followed by a 60 minute Elemental Flow to unify our experience of all the elements into a single vinyasa practice.
